Well it wasn't too long ago I shot my first ever handloads through my lil' sweetie Guide Gun. So much more interesting than the Remington 405 factory rounds. Brother-in-law and nephew agreed! had a ball of flame about 2 feet in diameter to help light up the shootin area. It was a healthy charge of AA2520 under the Rem 405 bulk bullet. Accuracy was quite acceptable. I think I will tone it down just a little my next load session. Got some 300 grainers to try. Have a good one as always!

sawman:
If you ever get a chance to try the Garrett round's in your gun DO IT Man o Man thay take the 45/70
to a whole diffrent level .. from a old shooter
to a true high power big bore ..
No matter what any one tells you once you try it for your self no one will ever be able to tell you diffrent
Seeing is beliving ...
