This one is not easy to explain, its easier to show than tell but I'll try.
You need to get an account with a site that will host your pics for free(alot of people use Hunt 101.com, I usehttp://www.freepichosting.com/. Once you get your pics hosted on the site what I do is go to the post reply page. Once you are on that page open up a new window and click favorites and click on your pic host site. There will be a way to get the image url(the site should tell you how to do this, on freepichosting there is text under each picture that you click on to get image url. After you get image url click the post reply window back open. If you want to type text first do as you always do and when you want to insert image type this



after this right click mouse and click paste, the url address will be typed in for you with the cursor sitting at the end of the address. at the cursor type in



when you hit preview you should see your post with photo(s)
If all you want to do is post a picture with no text type in



right click after this and click paste, after url address type in
