I have a puma m92 or rossi 45lc with a 24 inch barrle.What are some loads that i can try. I make my own bullets 230 grain,250 grain,255 grain lead bullets.I like blue dot,unique,bullseye.

I have two leverguns in .45 Colt and 2 revolvers too.
I don't special load for the rifles, I just use what I have loaded for the revolvers.
There is a ton of data here at Loadswap.com (click on the tab at the top of the page.)
Also there is a bunch of load data over at www.handloads.com.

I've looked in all the loading manuals and some of them also have rifle loads for the .45 colt.
The only thing is, unless you use the +P+ heavy bullet loads, you'll only get an additional 300 to 400 fps over the same load in a revolver.
