Ok, I'm leaning toward getting both the 4-18x42 (long range Elk gun) and the 3-9x42 (deer gun) The optics are really nice on these when compared to the more expensive Elites, Sightrons, Leupolds and Nikons. Plus, here in Oregon the rain coating is a nice touch.

Anyone do any serious work with one of these scopes? I am curious about durability.
