Does anyone have any parts for a Colt 1877 DA revolver? I'm looking for a sear and sear spring but would be interested in any spares.

Dave..The only thing I have is an old telephone number....
914-679-2417....West Hurley is a small town and I'm sure you can get an operator up there....They have a ton of parts, not all listed in their catalog. Best Regards, James

Here's one better.... they're on the web.

http://www.e-gunparts.com

I just found an ejector for my 1917 Enfield (sporterized into a 22-250 years ago by my dad).

Also, while the phone number above is correct, the area code is not. It is now 845-679-2417.

This is all from the ad on page 79 of the current issue of Rifle magazine.

Hope you find what you need.

Here's another parts supplier as well. You can't have too many resources. www.gun-parts.com

Thank you gentlemen. I greatly appreciate all the help. Now if I can just work up the courage to take another one of those darned things apart!

I was looking through the December 1998 Shooting Times and the Experts say you can get spring kits from:
 Larry Poppert
Dept. ST, Box 413, No. 1 Limekiln Pike
 Glenside, PA, 19038

Thanks Jack. Those 1877's sure are cute little guns. I'd like to fix this one and keep it.
