I have a picture of an old, real old, paper patched German Military cartridge. I would like to post the pic and ask the question of it's origin to the forum populace, but hte pic will need to be sized down and then housed somewhere, and I don't havethe patience and tolls at hand to do so.

Can someone help? I could send the pick in an e-mail - it's a bit larger than 600K.

Download a free copy of Irfanview and resize it to less than 100K. Try saving as a JPG and a GIF, and see which file is smaller. It varies.
