I have a chance at getting a S&W m27-2 in a trade.
I have had buddies w/ this model handgun, but what experiences have y'all had with the 27?
The one that is available is a 5" model.  Any help is great!

Buy it.  I'm no S&W expert, but if the piece is in good condition, for me, the 5" barrel would seal the deal.  You don't see many that length, and it's handy.  The N-Frame smith in .357 should last forever.
