Nice - and what caliber is that?

It's in .35 Remington, a caliber I have used for years and really like. At the range that this gun will be used, the heaver bullet more than makes up for the velocity loss by cutting the barrel. Dave

I wonder how a 35 would do as a trapper? I was shooting a 357 Marlin rifle with a 18 inch barrel using 180 grain cast bullets at 1925 ft/sec. I wonder how a 35 Marlin with a 16 1/2 inch barrel would compare using standard Remington factory ammo?
