Is this ammo hard to find? I came across a brick of it and don't know what its worth

There is some of this ammo on one of the auction site's and you can "buy now" for $105.00 for the brick.It is Old Western Sscronger ammo and not original.It's usually around $10..-$13.00 a box at the gun shows.
