I just received my Outdoor Life magazine with a AOL 1000 hours free disk inside it. On the disk it states Outdoor Life now on AOL! Keywords: "hunting" or :fishing" I thought AOL is anti-hunting,gun, etc.. A few months ago I drop them and went to Outdoors Unlimited, great move accept my phone keeps ringing with AOL crying for me to sign back up. That's not going to happen!
Well, the AOL disk gave some heat off when I through it into the wood stove.

I could swear that I heard a news article within the past month that said "Outdoor Life" would cease publication this summer because of poor finances and lack of market share.

Recent repeated mail from Outdoor Life may jibe with Lobo's theory. Twice I've gotten letters encouraging me to subscribe at a greatly reduced rate- for 10 issues. Last time I checked a year's subscription meant 12 magazines. Interesting, eh?

I would hate to see any of the hunting magizines go under.
