I bought a box of Remington's high velocity turkey loads the other day to try them out. They patterned very well, so far the best petterning shell I've shot. I was a little leary about using them for turkeys, I'm used to using shells with more shot than the 1 3/4 ounce load. Anyhow there was no need to fear, at 6:15 yesterday morning I shot a 22 lb. bird with a 10 3/4 inch beard at just over 30 yards. That load knocked the old tom flat. I was really pleased with my results.
