I have several Swiss rifles and enjoy shooting them. It is possible to make 7.5x55mm Swiss cases by reforming .284 Winchester brass by resizing and trimming it. All the best...

I have one but have not gotten to shoot it much yet. Mine was in very nice condition has a good bore and an excellent trigger. Look around surplus is cheaper than that and very good quality. Just test fired mine as I was running out of time last trip to the range. Only shot it at 50 yards but it dropped rounds right on top of each other and right on top of the front sight. Nice guns.

At 7.5x55mm I'm thinkin any G'smith good at his trade could bore out and shorten the chamber and bore to 7.62x51 or .308. then the sucker could be shot inexpensively and reloaded even cheaper. :D
