You folks planning on hunting this fall in Arizona - the 2004 Rules and Regulations, plus applications are now on the internet and available for applying.

Giving bonus points for all big game this year - that's new. Also, you can "buy" bonus points if you don't want to apply. Don't know if I care for that little priviso, or not.

Anyway, all app's must be in by June 8th.
