Got a call from my son, Shaun this am. Asked us to get copies of the NY Times today 5-8-04, He is the soldier throwing the grenade on the Front Page photo. Glad to hear from him. Good to hear your son is doing well. He's a brave and patriotic youngman. I haven't watch any news regarding the war after I saw a news conference held by the new POW camp commander. He was asked by an Iraqi woman when the POW's in the photos were going to be compensated with CASH! Cash...are you s******* me? What a way to fight a war. I wonder what the grunt in the hole getting shot at thinks about that question. May your son and all the sons and daughters return home safe.

Shur-Shot... went to www.nytimes.com and hoped to find the picture... couldn't find it. Any body get that paper and could post the picture?

Randy... the image was pretty blurry being it was so small but I was able to straighten it out. Tell him to chunk one at those scum bags for the Ranch Dog!!!

It might be too late or nyt might not do this, but you might want to call the nyt and see if you can get a the plates used to print the page, that would be a very interesting thing to show grandkids etc. . . .
