This the controversial book about John Taylor's life, written by Peter Capstick with contributions from Brian Marsh.

It's a good book, although somewhat depressing. Much of the focus tends to be on Taylor's last years living at the sympathy of others and his (accused) personal lifestyle choices.

There is plenty of good reading about Taylor, but I think I prefer to hear Taylor tell it. This is a very interesting book, and those who want to study or find out more about Taylor should read it. I wouldn't recommend it for an enjoyable read on African Hunting though.
