I have an aunt who used to not want anything to do with guns. Recently her new next door neighbor tried to climb into their bredroom window While my Uncle was home. The guy said he thought it was his house (Yeah right.). So I heard from one of my other uncles that she told him she's thinking about getting a gun to protect herself. THAT IS A 180 degree turn around for her. My uncle David says he has a bolt action 20 ga shotgun that he;s gonna give her. But I;m glad my aunt decided to get a gun to protect herself. There was a time when she was nervous about me using a machete to cut a little bit of brush down.

Glad to hear it! though not sure that a 20ga bolt action is the best home defense weapon

A good portion of my self defense students 'did not like guns' until they or another friend/relative were victimized or nearly victimized then they came back to reality. :rolleyes:
