Just picked some up today, any opinions? I have been told that CCI is making them....

Far as I know, Federal makes their own...a little differnt bullet than the others, but still your basic FMJ. Some rifles shoot them well, others not so well..same deal with just about any .22mag. ammo selected.
The Jacket may be a little thinner than others and may actually expand a little bit on hard targets (like bone)...but not something you can rely on. Treat them like solids...expect a .224" hole through whatever smallish critter you shoot, and if it does upset a little bit, all the better.

Agree with ribbonstone. CCI does make its own FMJ. Their good for plinking and where you want minimum damage. See how your gun shoots them.
