If any of the women you know are using these products, please ask them to stop. The "woman", and that's really a stretch, who owns this company has vowed to buy as much wild land as possible in order to prevent us from freely hunting, trapping, and fishing. And she's doing it - buying entire unorganized townships in Maine at a time. Thanks, and pass it on, please.

Burts Bees makes lotion I believe. My mom used it for her feet when they had big cracks in her heels (ew). It worked, but now that I hear this I'll tell her to find an alternative to Burts Bees.

Mainer - I've been telling the people around here for a while now since I found out about it while in your neck of the woods last year. That woman is really raising cane in those townships!  She's got more money than brains! The other problem is that I believe she's already sold the company and is using the profits from that sale to do this. I'll check into it and let you know what I find out...CEJ..

They make chapstick too, I usually see it near checkout counters in stores.

I'm assuming that these products are made from stuff collected from bee hives(?) if so how come it's ok to profit from disrupting the lives of helpless bees , i know some bee keeper folks and you don't go about your daily bee keeper chores with out killing some of the bees through handling the hive boxes so I think this hypocritical gal should examine herself , or does a creature of earth have to weigh a certain weight before we worry about "protecting them"

Captain XELA, regarding your mother's cracked skin, buy her some Bag Balm (Lyndonville, Vermont, since 1899). That ancient salve will do a much better job than the Beeee stuff, and is not nearly so expensive. Plus, they don't donate to the Marxist Socialist inspired anti-gun/anti-hunting idiots.
