1) What is the absolute minimum lawful barrel length for a rifle?

2) Does Legacy/Rossi, Uberti, Navy Arms or anyone else offer a blued or color casehardened M92 in 45 Colt in that barrel length?

Without special tax stamps / paperwork from the ATF, 16 inches.

Now check with State law as 16 inches was to short to be legal in some States , same with shotgun barrel length also ! JAGG

Besides anything under 16" you got a pistol! And your probably going to loose some hair!

BTW, if you try to take that 16" rifle/carbine into Canada, they won't let ya. In the upper providences the minimum length is 18" I beleive. (FYI)
