Summertime we do a lot of barbeque on the gas grill when it's hot outside. These burgers are one of my family's favorites.
Use any ground wild game to make burger patties, season with fajita seasoning to taste and coat one side of patty with a light layer of mild salsa the last few minutes of cooking.
Slice a big, fresh onion bagel in two, and spread with avacado chip dip, place the grilled burger patty on the bagel, add a slice of pepper-jack cheese, sliced mild jalapeno peppers, onion, tomatoes and lettuce. (Sour cream is good on these as well!)
This burger is a meal in itself! If you've never tried a bagel burger prepare for a surprise, these are VERY filling!
