Does anyone know where to find a list of manufacturing dates by serial number for Marlin 336 Cowboy rifles? Both the .38-55 and the .30-30. They probably are in the same block of serial numbers. My .38-55 should be one of the earlier ones since it's drilled and tapped for a side mount receiver sight. Now all I have to do is D&T it for a tang sight.
