Came across this one today and thought someone might find it useful.

There's probably other sources for 30-06 cylinder brass, but this is the one I saw....
"Specifications:
Length of these new cases is 2.650 minimum.
Long brass will allow you to form any wildcat based on the 06 case.
Head stamp is 35 Whelen.
The same coin is used to make these longer cases as the standard Remington, 35 Whelen case, so the case walls are thinner by .001" to .002". Not enough to cause any problems, but enough to create the added length. Of course this will improve case capacity slightly, making these cases similar to Winchester brass, in wall thickness."
