I use a mec reloader with a #33 bushing, winchester 209 primers, windjammer 8 finger wads, remington sts #8 shot 1 1/8oz. and winchester AA shells now here is my question ...what is the velocity with this recipe.for some reason I can't seem to find any charts online that are free.

I use clays powder

Which powder? Weight the charge, as the bushing charts are only approximate. I've found them 2 bushing sizes off with some powders. The powder settles every time you crank the handle, so cycle a shell through and weight the next one. then average 5 of them. If you're using a flake powder, it may take more than 5 to stabilize the charge weight.

I don't have a Windjammer wad chart handy. Is it a replacement for a Federal, Remington or Winchester wad?

You do have to weigh the charge to be sure, but Hodgdon's basic reloader's manual (2002 edition) says the MEC #33 throws 18.2 grains of Clays. Hodgdon's manual doesn't list a Windjammer/Clays/AA load, but the Lyman 4th Edition says your recipe, with 18.5 grains of Clays, will launch at 1177 fps. So I would guess your load is around 1150 fps.

Tell the doves hello for me.
