The governator has VETOed two anti gun bills :D
The bill requiring fingerprints to buy ammo and the bill increasing the penalties for "criminal" storage of firearms have been defeated.
Thanks to all who kept those cards and letters going to Sacramento :cool: I can vouch for the fact that the fax machine was kept busy for over a week (judging from the continuously failed transmissions during that time).
Sorry about the .50 caliber statewide ban, however. No one has heard an explanation of why as yet. The next time someone carries a 40 pound, $5000, bolt action rifle into a bank, I'm sure that we'll hear about it. Right?
