I am considering changing my Taurus Millenium PT 138 to a Tanfoglio Force Compact .38 super. Any one on this board have any experience with this gun? Where I live I have few choices for my carry weapon. Any imput will be appreciated.

Both are good firearms, I perfer the Witness, as the sights line up better for me, and the gun feels better in my hand. I would say that the quality of workmanship and materials are equal. If possible fire both and see which one feels best. No one can make up your mind as to how a firearm fits you, except you. If you can't fire them, then when handling them pick a spot at a reasonable distance and focus on that spot, close your eyes and bring the firearm into what you think the proper position for target location is and then open your eyes and see how close to point of aim the particular firearm is pointing, that should give you an idea of how well you can bring it into play in an emergency situation.
