i have a recipe:

1 Pheasent
Vegetble oil Or Peanut oil
1-2 Cans of Beef mushroom, or Cream of mushroom, or any " " of mushroom
Pancake mix
Dirctions:
cut up the pheasent and cover in pancake mix, Meanwhile put the vegtable or peanut oil in a large frying pan and heat, put in pheasent pieces, fry for a couple minutes, pour out the oil and leave pheasent in, put in the Cream of mushroom whatever you bought, simmer for 20-30 mins, enjoy. also the soup works great as a gravey after done.
