So I have some "New to the world of Glock" questions. First of all any paticular reason for the Spade shape of the firing pin? More over if in rifles, the extent to which the firing pin bashes the primer is important. Is it important to regulate how deeply that happens on pistols? My 17 will slightly pierce the primers at times. Now obviously I acknowledge that a pierced primer is bad, but how important is the depth REALLY?
