Looking for opions on some new grips for my Ruger SRH .480. I am considering either Hogue or Pachmayr rubber grips with the finger grooves. Any thoughts or recommendations.

However I don't think you will get the felt recoil reduction that the factors grips give! I prefer the Hogue!

FWIW: I ordered a Pachmayr set (twice) for my S&W 629. Each set was too loose, not a tight fit for a magnum revolver. Both were returned. I kept the factory grips. I have used Hogue on a revolver and auto and prefer their product to Pachmayr.
