Hello all!
Its been a while since I posted last.
I'm ready to purchase my next handgun, but I'm currently going to school in PA, My home state is WV..
Can I purchase a handgun here or would I have to go back to my home state?
Thanks!

Federal law prohibits an FFL dealer from selling a handgun to a resident of other state than the one the FFL is licensed in. So, no.
The only thing the FFL can do is sell it to you without giving it to you, then package it up and send it to your home state for pick-up.
P.S.: I work for an FFL dealer.

I suppose the proper question is whether you have residency status in PA. (And whether your school will allow guns on campus if you are living in the dorms, etc)

I live off campus and already checked with my landlord :)
I'm going back home in about a week so i'll take a look around the local shops to see if they have what I'm looking for...
