I am trying to reload some 6mm brass and would like to find out who made 6mm Browning brass. It is very consistant in weight.

I'm pretty sure it was Winchester. I have several boxes of the factory ammo. The bullet appears to be a Winchester Power-Point, the headstamp looks a lot like W-W and the boxes are marked "Made In USA", which would rule out Norma.

After I posted a man said it was federal for sure but I'm still eager to know for sure.

I had several boxes of Browning ammo that i got from a 'smith...he says it was all made by Winchester, and looks like it to me.
