Check on AuctionArms and GunBroker. They are on there from time to time. Also, back when I was buying drums for my AKs I was advised by many to not get the 100 round drums as they can be problematic and stick with the Chinese 75 round drums. I did and both of my 75 rounders feed like a dream in my VEPR II.


As to the drum for the .45 1911, chech out http://www.stonycreekarmory.com/ I know nothing of the company only that they are making some pretty wild drums for various .45 cal pistols and rifles. I do not see one listed for the 1911 but you can always check with them as it does not look like their web page has been updated recently, or if it has been they have not added anything like they said they would.
