Hello: I'm new to this forum so forgive me if I don't know the proper protocals for discussions. I have 2 pistols of the same caliber of 9mm Browning Long. A Husqvarna and FN Belgium. I picked these up years ago and had some fun loading this obsolete cartridge. The problem I had was that I couldn't get any type of loading data for or accuracy out of them. Has anyone loaded for the Browning Long or know where I can get some loading data for this 9mm so that I could get a decent start as to bullet weight and powder load?

Yep, you're in the right place. Welcome to the forum.

That's a tough one. Cartridges of the World says the factory load was a 110 grain bullet at 1100 fps, but doesn't have any load data. I'd pick a jacketed bullet close to that weight and work up a load from 9mm Luger data. If a chronograph isn't handy, stop when you get reliable cycling.

Bye

I have made a load for a Husquarna pistol. The load is made up in .38super +P brass, trimed to 20mm, load 4,3grs Vithavuori N340, 110grs lead SWC loadet to magazine max lenght. Fed 100 primer. Velocity 1050 fps.
