I want a blue, saddle ring '92, preferably with a color case hardened receiver and a 16" round barrel in 45 Colt.

I don't want the rebounding hammer a 'la Browning / USRA. I like what I've read about the Rossi / Navy Arms specimens.

Navy Arms' website does not offer a blued carbine - only the stainless version with a 20" barrel.

Does anybody know if any manufacturer offers anything like I'm looking for?

EMF carries the Rossi rifles (http://www.emf-company.com/1892-winchester-rifle-carbine.htm) but do not have 16" Trapper models. They do carry a 20" blue/case hardened SRC. These rifles do not have a rebounding hammer or added safeties. The Winchester/Miroku is offered in the configuration you're looking for but is all blue and does have the rebounding hammer but the rebound can be removed fairly easily if you want - look here: http://web.tampabay.rr.com/jimstags/win1892/index.htm.
