Heres's a picture of the buck that my son and I found dead a few years ago. We found the horns and skull with teeth intact.

We found a good cape and had it mounted for the land owner.

Score 173 with 22 scoreable points. This is still the biggest we've ever seen. We found it in a pasture that my son and I hunt all the time.
I've always heard that a lot of old bucks turn nocturnal. Well this one was a complete ghost. It was aged at 8 1/2. I'm just glad we found it, I got as excited as if I would have shot it.

Yea it was.
I'd like to see what all of these young deer would eventually look like at 7-8 years old. It might be a pleasant surprise.
