I also need some help with bullet moulds. I don't intend to use these as I just got them from an estate. Anyway the list is Hensley & Gibbs mould with 45GC or CC on it. It is a 45 cal pistol mould I guess but it has a rod in one of the cavities to make a hollow Point out of one of the bullets. It is held in by turning part way and having a screw hold a rim. Nex are some SAECO moulds Number 298072 (4 cavity) on the box a 296281 on the box a 449GOG on the mould Another SAeco with 074 on the mould Also have an RCBS 28168FN and a couple of Lymans one is a 429421 and the other is a 358627(probably for the XP100 in 35 Rem in the estate. Hope to get it also. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Trying to find out what the moulds are for. I know the 358 was for a 35 Remington lead bullet. I think the 429 is a 44 spec and mag bullet. What are the rest? I have no references as to what they are for.

I tried looking up your moulds and didn't come up with too much: As you said, the H&G is a 45 cal. mould with one casting a hollow point bullet and both are gas check bullets. The Lyman 429421 is a bullet for 44 spcl/mag in a 250 gr. Elmer Keith design. Couldn't find anything resembling your numbers for the RCBS and Saeco; their mould numbers are only 3 numbers long. Are you looking to sell these moulds? Emery

tound out the RCBS 28168 is a 7MM bullet 168 gr flat nose and the Saeco's are from what I could find out 30 caliber bullet moulds. Yeah..I'm gonna sell em on ebay I guess

Never heard of them making one anything like what you described. Any chance of a digital picture?

Some H&G moulds had several marks on them. A complete list of any such markings would be helpful identifying this one.

Rare H&G moulds do have something of a collector interest so if you can send me a series of digital photograph I'll contact Wayne Gibbs and see if he know what it is.
