I am not familiar with the .233 WSSM. What is the diference between it and a .22-250 or .220 swift balistically?

well, according to the latest hornady reloading manual, its a fine cartridge, but you have to watch out for it burning up the barrel. Its the same thing that the 220 swift dealt with when it first came out.
I personally would prefer the 22-250. After research, managable p-dog velocities (3400-3800) are easily achievable with factory or handloads. The same can be said for the 220 or 223 SSM....but the 22-250 is a "wal-mart" caliber...mebbe the 223 SSM will be eventually...but until then...I will be getting my 22-250 this weekend. :)

Main difference is bullet speed. The short fat case of the .223 WSSM will hold more fuel. Throat erosion could be an issue with this caliber. Wally World does carry them, at least the super duper store near me does. New toy if you want one but I doubt it's gonna bump the .223 or .22-250 off the favorite list.
