Can anyone give me info and the value of this gun. It's not a golden 39a. I'm trying to also find out what year it was made.

With the letter "L" it was manufactured in 1954. I believe 1954 was the first year for the Micro-Groove rifling. Your barrel should be so marked if it is Micro- Groove.
