My stepson is interested in the Sigma 9mm

We'd like to hear from anyone with experience shooting

this pistol. Comments on accuracy, trigger, balance etc

would be greatly appreciated. :D

Combat hand guns ran an article on the sigma in sw 40 and lots of good to say about it. the MSRP will be $280.00. I always think you get what you pay for though . Great price and tactical also.

I sure like mine. It's not my favoret handgun but I got rid of a Glock because it was not accurate enough for me and the Sigma is. I have been told that Glocks don't like cast bullets and I shoot a lot of them and they work well in the sigma. I like the action because it is sort of like "staging" when shooting dbl action revolvers.

I'm real interested about the sigma after reading the article in Combat Handguns.
I like that they are light weight and supposedly reliable, have you had any malfuncitions? In your opinion is the handle angle and point of aim OK?
Thanks

Read Charles Petty's article on the SIGMA in current American Handgunner. He said that extensive testing showed that an 18 degree grip angle was most comfortable to all that handled the gun. This is the same as the 1911. The ergonomics are supposed to be very good. They were on the first SIGMA series. Gun Tests Magazine had some reported faliures, but I don't know why. The article in handgunner had good things to say. I trust Charlie first!
