Does anyone have a recipe for kangaroo tail? I was given about 15lbs of it, cut in sections (kinda looks like oxtail on steroids) , frozen in a clump.
Is this the kind of stuff where you put it in a pot, put 2 bricks on the lid, cook for 12 hours, then throw the pot away and eat the bricks??
Try it, Thomast - you might like it! :D

kdub, the problem with bricks are that they seem so deceptively cool when lying next to the fire that you pick em up without any thought or gloves.. its a mistake you only make once!
