If I stock up on them and don't use some of them for a long time, will the blue lube go bad?

NO, as long as you keep them sealed up in a plastic bag and in a cool dry place they should last indefinitely.

ive got some that are boxed up and have been on the shelf for at least 7 years and my garage temps go from 100 degrees to -30 through the year.
