Any of you fellows know where a man could find a Scout type scope mount for a short action BLR?  If so, would it be a drop in variety, or is gunsmithing necessary?

The only ones I have seen were custom made. I don't think it's that difficult or expensive of a job.  Brockmans gunsmithing seems to be able to scout scope just about anything. Try youtr local guy too he may be able to fix ya right up.
