My cousin, Dan, just returned from a year in Kuwait. He was a motor pool Ssgt. there, mainly up-armouring rolling stock. Dan served his country with pride and came home a changed man. Changed for the better. Dan was starting new here and things were looking very good for his future. Last Sunday evening, Dan stopped to help a stranded motorist and was struck and killed by a passing vehicle. We had his funeral today, with full honors! We all will miss Dan, as his service here is complete. Thanks Dan, for being you!!!

Thanks for the words. A great American and we don't even have to know him. That is a testimony in itself. God bless all concerned.

One understands how life may be lost in a time of war but to have survived that and have this happen makes one wonder why. He is in a better place may god compfort you, all of his family and friends.

Sir, These things shouldn't happen and one can only assume that a higher authority has a plan that needed a brave man to help. I can not tell how strongly I feel about those individuals that served their country as your cousin did. Your family must be very proud.
