I have a pound of Winchester 473AA left over from my shotgunning days. Was wondering if anyone has used this for light loads in a 41 or 44 Magnum pistol. I am looking for loads with 210 grain cast in the 41 between 850 and 1050 fps and loads with a 255 grain cast in the 44 mag with the same velocities.
I know from the burn charts it is near HS6, but can find no load data for pistol loads in the calibres I have.

So long as you aren't loading around maximum, use data for Unique. Same charges give virtually identical velocities, within 5 fps average. This is one I wish was still around!

Thanks Alk8944
I was looking for some mild plinking loads for tin can killing and easy shooting equaling the 44 special loads. I am shooting a Lee 210 grain cast Kieth style.
I just traded for a Taurus Tracker for a carry in the woods gun. My Super Redhawk is just to heavy to pack around for fishing and such. Though Grizzly's are rare in Idaho there are loads of black bear around in the spring. I also thought when out turkey hunting and I might want to fill a bear tag if I see one. Just didn't want to use full power loads for practice.
I don't shoot the shotgun much anymore and just hated to waste a pound of powder with the prices so much now. I sure appreciate the load data. Thanks again.
