Since rifling twist rate is related to bullet aspect ratio, the three band REAL should do OK as it is only about one caliber long. The four band bullet may need a faster twist.
So far as accuracy is concerned, the only way to tell is shoot it. Trying to say how your rifle may shoot would be purely guesswork, but they sholud do as well as the round ball if well cast.

To stabilize that heavy bullet in such a slow twist, excessive speed without gas-cutting is mostly required. Use 90 grains (max allowed?) with a fast powder like Black Mag-3, Swiss FF or 777 FFF.... wonderwad/bore button may be needed with it. Another route would be the 275 grain Powerbelt AT or 285 gr. Buffalo Bullet. Powerbelts are relatively easy to find. Here's a source for the Buffalo below.

Use the lighter of the 2 bullet moulds and it should work ! I think that would be 200grains ! The Round ball out of the 45 behind the shoulder should stop any pig ,deer or human i kown of ! 70 grains of 2fg and you may need to add some tin to the alloy ! JAGG
