I know that with the diversity of shooting sports and game hunting we have in this country a lot of different weapons are out there, but just how much long range sniping is available in Missouri?

Anyway there are several good long range shooting platforms available besides the Styer. Some of them are built right here in the US. Check out the long range shooting forums. They can put you in contact with a bunch of folks building long range rifles and custom stocks for sniper work. Do expect to pay premium prices for these super accurate, heavy, single use weapons systems. I guess the ultimate would be some of the Barret systems built around the 50 calibre machine gun round.

Before you get excited about a company selling to them look into all the weapons the US Government has provided to foreign countries just to have them used against us. Including Iraq. It is who we are trying to influence when, just not very good at reading the tea leaves I think.

Please do not get excided gentleman, more than 70 % of the persian Army uses American made stuff, consider before 1979 they were our top customer and ally. As matter of fact they manufacture many american designed stuff and they have licences for it. As a soverign nation and the oldest nation on the face of the earth they have they right to have an army. Nuking this or that, does not represent the true american culture. But tolerance and democracy always have been the true beauty of America.
If you remember the 80s, the arab nation of Iraq imposed a year long war on Iran, they Iraqis even gased the persians.
As a result, the Iranians do their best to have a well trained armed forces, they are really afraid. But they are no threat to America. As a matter of fact , persian people are really pro America.

Someone is forgetting the little incident with Iran and the U.S. Embassy during the Carter Administration. I'm sure they loved us then just as much as now.

We can not hate all of them, but we can get over it.
Consider after the 79 problem, the US government froze all the Iranian money here and used it to pay the hostages.
However, I am agree with you what Iranian did was savage but so as peral harbor. But I think is the time to move on.
Finally, do you know the CIA backed the king of Iran for many many years and the mr. king turned to be an oppressor.
