Con? Way too much shiny brass, especially with that barrel band. Reminds me of some of those commemorative models.

Don't think I would like to use many heavy loads with the brass frame, Just seems to me that it would have a danger of stretching the frame. Might be OK for .44 Specials. For right now I would say that the Jury is still out on this one. Hopefully I am proven wrong, But none for me till I see the end results with full house loads over a couple of years time.

The frame is not really soft brass but some kind of tough alloy. The gun looks ok but is really heavy.

its only the frame, the barrel takes all the force, on a rifel.
on a pistol the frame takes much more stress.
they are fairly proud of their guns and the price proves it.
who wants to pay $400 for a .22 i can get one for $100

Brother in law has one and is not happy with his purchase. First one would not chamber consistantly. The repacement rifle would not chamber right either. Was returned to factory and retured improved but only if you levered a certain way and speed. He wishes he had gotten a Winchester. I prefer Marlins
