I had to look , but they are not 303"s
Now If they were reproduction rifles in 303 B great , or lets make it a front lug rifle then in something else.
Better still use the material and design it int o Winchesters 1895 Lever in the 303 B chartridge and TriStar might make make a go.
I sure would want to look at one.

I've seen a couple of these floating round the bush late & am just waiting for the owners to get sick of em & then I'm going to get one & convert it back to .303 B & if I can score another at the right price it will become a 25-303!!!!! ;) The reason being I'll tell the wife! that they are only Old enfields ;)

I have heard that many enflieds are wild- cated down under .
I was wondering where the barrels came from?
There are a few rifles in Canada with washed out barrels and good recievers floating around , fatherinlaw has one .
Would you ream out a barrel for an 8MM or 35 cal?
Or rebarrel in something based on the 303 case. I have heard of one 22/303. Who then makes dies?

A place called "Sprinter Arms" in South Australia used to make 303-22 etc barrels. SMLE's having a massive following here in OZ espcially after WWII made demand for 22, 25, 30, 35 barrels etc very high. I'm pretty sure .25 barrels are fairly easy to come by, I know a guy that has 100 or so. Dies are made by Lyman (or used to be anyway) and cost $65AUS. Me rebarreling I'd go 303 standard or .25. There were a few different 303-22 cartridges developed the most common probally being the 303-22 Sprinter

I would ber intersted in a barrel for a Mark four.
I suppose to import one into Canada would be more than the gun is worth.
Could you advise me of the cost of your barrels down under?
