"PETA Employees Arrested For Animal Cruelty"
Ahoskie, NC police arrested two employees of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals on 31 counts of felony animal cruelty and 8 counts of misdemeanor illegal disposal of dead animals. A.B. Cook, and A.J. Hinkle, both of Virginia were arrested after 18 dead animals were found in a mall dumpster. Police said they were both employed by PETA and were driving a PETA van.
