Hi Dan,
New member here but have you checked www.midwayusa.com? I bought a couple of Redding PM's there and they list the 3BR. I chose the Competition M10-X for charges in 1-15 gr range and the BR-30 for charges in 15-30 gr range. I use a Neil Jones Micro measure for rifle charges greater than 30 gr.
The M3BR with pistol insert should be very similar to the M10-X which gives extremely consistent powder charges for me.
