View Full Version : RCBS Piggyback
Been doing all my loading on an RCBS Rockchucker press but now I am interested in higher volume for 9mm, 45ACP and 223. The Piggyback unit from RCBS looks attractive but I know nothing about them. I also considered getting a progressive and leaving the Rockchucker for rifle rounds. Opinions?

TedH,
I'm surprised no one has touched this thread, my $0.02 worth, is its a love'em or hate'em thing.
I purchased a piggyback when they first came on the market and its still working. Haven't tried to see how fast I could produce ammo and always stopped if the handle was hard to pull or if there was a problem.
If I were reloading lots of pistol/revolver ammo and rifle ammo, I'd have a press set up for each. Haven't looked at the later versions of the piggyback, but the first takes time to make the switch between pistol/revolver ammo and back to rifle.
